Regarding the issue you mentioned — actually, this is not a system bug, but a configuration step that may have been missed during setup.
🔧 Here’s how to properly set up currency conversion:
Go to your PipraPay Admin Panel
Navigate to: Settings > General Settings
– Set your default currency, for example: BDT
Then go to: Settings > Currency Setting
– Search for BDT and set its rate as 1
– Then search for USD and set:
1 BDT = how much USD (e.g., 0.0091)
Once you save that, the system will automatically convert amounts to USD (or other currencies) based on the selected gateway. This applies to crypto gateways like OxaPay, Binance, etc.
